b. Refunds for Live Programs (If Applicable)

- A live program is cancelled by Financial Freedom Edge
- The user is unable to access the program due to a technical error from our side

If a user is charged more than once for the same product or makes an accidental duplicate payment, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
After verification, the excess amount will be refunded.
